About the role
Morgan Stanley’s 2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program offers MBA and J.D. students opportunities in San Francisco, Houston, and Menlo Park. Associates support transactions, financial and strategic analysis, industry research, client meetings, and presentations across selected industry coverage and product groups. Expected base pay is $175,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
- Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research.
- Contribute to team discussions and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling client presentations.
Groups and Locations
- Select and rank up to three preferred Investment Banking Division groups and locations.
- Industry groups include Houston Power & Energy, San Francisco Healthcare, and Menlo Park Technology.
- The San Francisco Financial Sponsors product group is also available.
- United States opportunities are offered in New York, Houston, Menlo Park, and San Francisco.
