About the role
Join Morgan Stanley's 2027 Global Capital Markets Analyst Program in Menlo Park to work on innovative equity capital market transactions and gain hands-on experience in technology sector finance.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients on complex financing and risk management solutions.
- Learn to read financial models and understand technology sector valuations.
- Participate in pricing and execution of equity deals with Corporate Finance teams.
- Prepare client materials on market news and product trends.
- Collaborate with trading and syndicate desks on pricing and deal execution.
- Analyze equity financing alternatives for corporate and financial sponsors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree, graduating between Dec 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Minimum 3.4 GPA required.
- Basic finance knowledge and strong interest in the field.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and technological skills.
- Strong multitasking, work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
