Role and Responsibilities

- Apply AI and technical skills to optimize HR processes.
- Present findings to HR senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate student graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to use AI tools for HR process improvement.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Preferred majors include HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Psychology.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Background in Engineering, Information Science, Statistics, Coding, or Computer Science is a plus.
- Team player with strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Positive, proactive attitude with self-confidence.
