About the role

The Wealth Management Full-Time Branch Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program in the New York Metro area. Analysts gain broad exposure to wealth management functions, including risk, service, and financial advising, supported by comprehensive training and development.

Program Structure

  • Two-year program with three eight-month rotations in wealth management branches.
  • Rotations cover risk, service, field management, and financial advisor teams.
  • Placements located in the New York Metro area.

Training

  • Six-week training program covering technical and soft skills.
  • First half focuses on Series exams preparation (SIE, 7, 63, 65).
  • Second half includes business overviews, professional development, and networking.
  • Senior and peer speaker series throughout the program duration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to create tailored client solutions.
  • Process and analyze financial data for client portfolios.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for prospects and clients.
  • Support financial advisors in evaluating opportunities.
  • Promote firm initiatives and develop client relationships.
  • Assist in sales and operations to improve client experience.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree completion between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.4 required.
  • Basic finance knowledge and strong interest in the field.
  • Analytical, adaptive, leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
