About the role
The Wealth Management Full-Time Branch Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program in Atlanta offering exposure to risk, service, field management, and financial advisor teams. Analysts receive comprehensive training and work on client solutions and operational projects.
Program Structure
- Two-year program with three eight-month rotations in wealth management functions.

Training
- Six-week training program covering technical and soft skills.
- First half focuses on Series exams preparation (SIE, 7, 63, 65).
- Second half includes business overviews, professional development, and networking.
- Senior and peer speaker series throughout the program.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze financial data for client portfolios.
- Develop proposals and presentations for clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to evaluate opportunities.
- Promote firm’s strategic initiatives and develop client relationships.
- Assist in sales and operations to improve client experience.
- Work on special projects to enhance wealth management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
- Minimum 3.4 GPA required.
- Basic finance knowledge and strong interest in the field.
- Analytical, adaptive, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Compensation
