Role and Responsibilities
- Provide transactional support for structured products documentation including Termsheet and Final Terms.
- Draft and review legal documents for bespoke trades.
- Manage trade approvals using various systems.
- Coordinate settlement and listing of transactions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, COO, and Operations teams.

- Strong legal skills in drafting documentation in French and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
