2027 Institutional Equities Off Cycle Internship - Transactional Management Group (Paris)

About the role

Six-month internship in Paris with Morgan Stanley's Transactional Management Group, supporting legal documentation for structured products within Institutional Equities. Start dates in January or July 2027.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support for structured products documentation including Termsheet and Final Terms.
• Draft and review legal documents for bespoke trades.
• Manage trade approvals using various systems.
• Coordinate settlement and listing of transactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, COO, and Operations teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong legal skills in drafting documentation in French and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven team player with professional and ethical standards.
• Excellent academic background and fluency in English and French.
