2027 Investment Management Off-cycle Internship - Real Estate Investing (Madrid)

About the role

Six-month off-cycle internship with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in Madrid, starting January 2027. You will support real estate investment opportunities by analysing financial and operating information, building models, researching markets, valuing transactions, and preparing presentations. The role provides on-the-job training alongside experienced investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collect and synthesise financial and operating information about potential investment opportunities and industries.
• Build financial models to support real estate investment analysis.
• Gather market data to analyse trends and value and price transactions.
• Draft presentations and memoranda for wider audiences within the Firm.
• Attend team discussions and partner meetings, potentially delivering parts of presentations.

Working Environment

• Work alongside experienced professionals on varied projects within Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
• Take on responsibilities and functions comparable to those of a full-time Analyst.
