Role Responsibilities
- Support deal execution and internal processes for Investment Banking teams across EMEA.
- Prepare marketing materials including pitchbooks, presentations, and company profiles.
- Perform financial analysis such as benchmarking, capital structure, and acquisition capacity.
- Develop financial models and valuation frameworks for corporate transactions.
- Gather and analyze financial and industry data to support client dialogue.

Training Program
- Three-week intensive training in Budapest covering financial analysis and business presentations.
- Induction into Morgan Stanley's culture, values, and investment banking products.
- Training on accounting, valuation, modelling, and proprietary analytical tools.
- Work shadowing period in London to learn day-to-day role practicalities and build relationships.
- Focus on developing technical skills and understanding of financial concepts.

Candidate Requirements
- BSc or MSc in quantitative field such as finance, economics, or engineering.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong interest in corporate finance and capital markets.
- Excellent verbal and written English; other languages advantageous.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
