- Support year-end compensation processes and reporting.
- Assist with data auditing to ensure quality information.
- Collaborate with global Compensation team and HR Business Partners.
- Support rewards project team and training session coordination.

Requirements
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies, graduating June 2027.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
- Confident Excel skills; BI tools or scripting experience is a plus.
- Analytic mindset with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
