Role and Responsibilities
- Support preparation of CEO and COO reports for supervisory boards and quarterly reviews.
- Assist in MSEHSE Group strategy process and quarterly KPI reviews.
- Help execute strategic projects across the firm's businesses.
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables between Firm Management team and business units.
- Contribute to special projects within the Firm Management division.

Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 semesters in business administration, economics, or equivalent; or bachelor's in commercial law.
- Fluency in English; German knowledge beneficial but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
