About the role
This six-month off-cycle internship in Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Dublin Office of the COO begins in January 2027. You will support senior management, strategic and regulatory initiatives, reporting, oversight and organisational effectiveness, while working with experienced professionals and collaborating across investment and non-investment teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage records supporting oversight of distribution-related inter-affiliates and third-party service providers.
- Improve inter-affiliate and branch reporting, ensuring performance measures are consistently included.
- Gather data for branch, senior management and board reports.
- Help update the outsourcing register.
- Develop FTE reporting for branches.
- Support improved adoption of AI for reporting.
Training and Experience
- Receive on-the-job training while working alongside experienced professionals on varied projects.
- Gain exposure to investment management business operations and operational leadership.
- Network with investment and non-investment teams across Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
