Join Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Investing team in Paris for a six-month off-cycle internship starting July 2026. Support investment screening and asset management activities in a global real estate investment leader.

Responsibilities
- Support screening of market opportunities for new investments.
- Assist in day-to-day asset management of existing investments.
- Collect and synthesize financial and operating data on potential investments.
- Create financial models to support investment decisions.
- Gather market data to analyze trends and value transactions.

- Receive on-the-job training alongside experienced professionals.
- Work on a variety of projects within the real estate investment team.

Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in English and French required.
- Currently studying and able to commit to a full-time six-month internship.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with aptitude for financial data.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
