Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain client records, sales pipeline, marketing lists, and sales reports.
• Provide materials for client performance reviews and fund analysis.
• Liaise between clients and internal units to meet operational, legal, and reporting needs.
• Respond to client queries regarding data, fund info, and due diligence reports.
• Enhance sales processes related to marketing material dissemination.
• Prepare pitch books, client due diligence, and market research to support senior sales staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• University graduate or able to commit full-time for 6 months if currently studying.

• Fluency in English and a Nordic language required.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills across MSIM and broader organization.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, results-focused, and detail-oriented.
