2027 Fixed Income Division Industrial Placement / Summer Analyst Program (Hong Kong / Singapore)

About the role

Join Morgan Stanley's Fixed Income Division Internship in Hong Kong or Singapore for a 6-month or 10-week program. Gain hands-on experience in sales, trading, and structuring within fast-paced global markets, supported by training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships and create investment ideas in sales.
• Assist in trade idea generation and support market-making and trade execution in trading.
• Build valuation models to optimize transaction economics and quantify value and risk in structuring.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating between Oct 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in finance and fixed income markets.
• Highly analytical, adaptable, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in an Asian language preferred.

Internship Period

• Industrial Placement: 6 months between January and July 2027.
• Summer Analyst Program: 10 weeks between June and August 2027.
