About the role
This Mumbai-based CA Industrial Training Program offers exposure to Firm Risk Management, including credit risk, risk mitigation, monitoring, reporting, regulatory initiatives, and automation. Trainees collaborate with stakeholders across global regions, develop analytical and interpersonal skills, and participate in structured learning sessions led by senior executives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work with teams across Firm Risk Management and stakeholders in the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
- Support credit risk data quality, monitoring, reporting, and regulatory expectations.
- Assist with credit limit monitoring, change management, and credit risk information tools.
- Contribute to risk mitigation, analysis, monitoring, and automation initiatives based on business needs.
Training
- Participate in structured learning sessions delivered by senior executives throughout the program.
- Develop analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills relevant to risk management careers.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy and interested in financial services, risk management, finance, or operations.
- Understand risk management concepts and financial products.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
