- Develop tools and dashboards for reporting and meetings.
- Support expense tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Additional Duties
- Perform variance analysis and explain significant expense drivers.
- Maintain databases and create central repositories for reports.
- Assist in creating SOP documents for business management practices.
- Track project progress proactively with stakeholders.
- Provide support in stakeholder reporting and meeting materials.

Candidate Requirements
- University student graduating in 2027.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts between 6:30 a.m. and midnight.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
