Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in operational risk management and analysis under supervision.
- Contribute to due diligence reviews during client onboarding.
- Monitor transactions, employee activities, and communications.
- Support transaction and control-based testing of firm processes.
- Analyze regulations and draft compliance updates.

Additional Responsibilities
- Review and draft policies, procedures, and compliance manuals.
- Develop and update related training courses.
- Participate in compliance risk assessments and control analysis.
- Support attorneys on legal assignments and collaborate with teams.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and coordination within the division.

Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating Oct 2027–July 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; academic excellence required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
