Role Responsibilities
- Review and outline powers under powers of attorney for client accounts.
- Address branch inquiries and conduct legal research.
- Draft summaries and advise on powers of attorney.
- Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and Non-Reliance Letters.
- Support legal review of guarantees for traded products.

Additional Responsibilities
- Handle privacy and data protection reviews.
- Conduct legal research and assist on ad hoc projects.
- Manage large-scale contract remediation and data extraction.
- Participate in periodic calls with US and EMEA clients and vendors.
- Work Monday to Friday 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST with flexibility.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing LLB, preferably in advanced program stage.
- Strong academic record in all semesters.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Independent thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
