Role Responsibilities
- Advise employees on investing and outside activities compliance.
- Review account documentation and personal account trades.
- Support risk-based compliance testing and monitoring.
- Conduct legal research and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Organize board meetings, committees, and shareholder meetings.

Additional Duties
- Coordinate law firm onboarding and due diligence.
- Resolve invoicing exceptions and monitor budgets.
- Maintain databases and gather optimization requirements.
- Analyze time savings from efficiency improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and prepare agendas.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and MS Office proficiency.
- Desired skills: VBA, JavaScript, Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule
- Shift timings: 9 AM-6 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, or 1:30 PM-10:30 PM IST.
- Flexibility for time-sensitive matters including public holidays.
- Monday to Friday workweek.
