Role Responsibilities
- Review and analyze trade surveillance reports and sign off on alert completions.
- Investigate irregularities and document findings related to trading activities.
- Develop and document operational processes for monitoring reports.
- Support risk-based compliance testing and policy effectiveness reviews.
- Create management information decks and periodic reports.

Additional Duties
- Develop and deliver monthly risk metrics across various organizational levels.
- Collaborate with specialty risk teams on metrics reporting for cyber, fraud, and information security.
- Ensure governance adherence for metrics inventory and perform data analysis.
- Coordinate with data providers to address quality issues and breaches.
- Assist operational risk managers with metric governance processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in MS Office.
- Desired skills: programming in VBA and JavaScript, Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.

Work Environment and Schedule
- Shift timings: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 9 AM and 10:30 PM IST.
