Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze company, industry, and financial data in detail.
- Prepare financial analyses including comparable company and precedent transaction benchmarks.
- Build financial models to assess valuation and transaction outcomes.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials like pitch books and management presentations.
- Support execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.

Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuing an MBA with graduation between October 2027 and July 2028.

- Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Southeast Asian language advantageous depending on location.
