Role and Responsibilities

• Work in main product groups to build financial skills and market understanding.
• Learn capital markets products including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Support origination, structuring, marketing, and execution of capital markets transactions.
• Conduct financial, market, and investor analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare client-facing materials like pitch books and marketing documents.
• Coordinate with Sales & Trading, Syndicate, Research, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating between Oct 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Strong interest and knowledge in finance.
• Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker with leadership skills.
• High motivation, attention to detail, and commercial instinct.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.

Program Details

• Industrial Placement: 6 months between Jan and Jul 2027.
• Summer Analyst Program: 10 weeks between Jun and Aug 2027.
• Immersive orientation and structured training provided.
• Opportunities to network with peers, mentors, and senior managers.
• Interns assume functions of full-time analysts for realistic experience.
