Program Details

Role and Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to ensure integrity of firm's books and records.
• Provide reporting and analysis to business units and regulators.
• Continuously improve processes for control and efficiency.
• Propose solutions to business challenges.
• Develop understanding of finance terminology and divisional structure.

Teams Available

• Global Corporate Controllers & Planning: financial and regulatory reporting, accounting policy.
• Institutional Securities Group Finance: business unit reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Corporate Treasury: corporate finance advisory, liquidity and capital optimization.
• Tax Department: global tax compliance, audits, planning, and advisory.

Qualifications and Skills

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating Oct 2027 - Jul 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; academic excellence required.
• Strong interest in financial services and products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Advanced technical skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
