Role and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively to ensure integrity of firm's books and records.
- Provide reporting and analysis to business units and regulators.
- Continuously improve processes for control and efficiency.
- Propose solutions to business challenges.
- Develop understanding of finance terminology and divisional structure.

- Global Corporate Controllers & Planning: financial and regulatory reporting, accounting policy.
- Institutional Securities Group Finance: business unit reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
- Corporate Treasury: corporate finance advisory, liquidity and capital optimization.
- Tax Department: global tax compliance, audits, planning, and advisory.

Qualifications and Skills
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating Oct 2027 - Jul 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; academic excellence required.
- Strong interest in financial services and products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Advanced technical skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
