- Strong academic background in Engineering, Analytics, Data, Finance, or Technology.
- Interest in Finance Technology, AI, data platforms, and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business processes into structured documentation.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and finance concepts.
