About the role
Join Moelis’s Private Capital Advisory team in London as a 2027 Summer Analyst, supporting advice for private fund sponsors across secondary solutions, primary fundraising, and tailored capital raising. The 10-week internship includes one week of financial modelling and valuation training, with responsibilities spanning research, presentations, financial analysis, modelling, and stakeholder interaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sponsor, company, and investor research.
- Prepare client presentations and supporting materials.
- Perform financial analysis and modelling.
- Interact with senior bankers, clients, and investors.
- Work collaboratively across industry and product groups.
Program
- Complete a 10-week summer internship in Private Capital Advisory.
- Attend a one-week training program covering financial modelling and valuation.
- Participate in educational and social events introducing the industry and Firm.
