2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate – Generalist – New York

About the role

Ten-week New York summer internship for MBA students pursuing investment banking careers. Summer Associates work as generalists across industries, supporting financial analysis, modeling, client presentations, team management, and senior banker and client interactions, with one week of financial modeling and valuation training.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling across investment banking assignments.
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers and clients.
• Manage a team while demonstrating intellectual curiosity, leadership, and analytical aptitude.
• Support deal activity across industries and key business areas as a generalist.

Program Details

• The summer internship lasts 10 weeks.
• Complete one week of training in financial modeling and valuation.
• Participate in educational and social events introducing the industry and Firm.
• The role is based in New York.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent graduate program.
• Expected graduation date must be between December 2027 and July 2028.
