About the role

The 2027 Summer Associate will join Moelis & Company’s Business Services Group in San Francisco, gaining broad exposure to investment banking deals and products. The 10-week program involves financial analysis, modeling, team management, client presentations, and senior interaction, supported by one-week financial modeling and valuation training.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling across investment banking products and transactions.
• Manage a team and contribute meaningfully to deal activity.
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers and clients.
• Support work for public, sponsor-backed, and founder-owned private companies.

Sector Exposure

• Gain exposure to environmental, technology-enabled, infrastructure, energy transition, commercial, and residential subsectors.
• Work across a broad range of business models and investment banking products.

Program Details
