Join Moelis & Company’s Private Capital Advisory Secondary Advisory team as a 2027 Analyst in New York. The role supports advisory, structuring, and execution for institutional investors managing private-market portfolios, with exposure to LP-led secondary transactions and broader private-capital liquidity solutions.

Role and Team

• Work within Moelis Private Capital Advisory’s global Secondary Advisory team.
• Advise financial sponsors and institutional investors across the private capital universe.
• Collaborate with senior professionals and industry and product groups across Moelis.
• Provide market insight, structuring advice, and execution support to LP clients.

Responsibilities

• Support single-fund and multi-fund limited partner portfolio sales.
• Assist with structured and preferred equity solutions.
• Work on deferred and staggered-closing structures.
• Support NAV-based financings and other liquidity solutions.
• Help clients manage and rebalance their private-markets programs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate college or university.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027.
