About the role

Moelis & Company’s Private Capital Advisory Secondary Advisory team seeks a 2027 Analyst in New York. The role provides exposure to GP-led secondary transactions and broader private-capital liquidity solutions, including continuation vehicles, tender offers, preferred equity, NAV loans, GP stake sales, and financing solutions, with responsibility for advisory, structuring, and execution support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise financial sponsors and institutional investors on strategic liquidity solutions across the private capital universe.
• Support single- and multi-asset continuation vehicles, tender offers, preferred equity, NAV loans, and GP stake sales.
• Assist with advisory, transaction structuring, and execution services for clients and portfolio companies.
• Work with professionals across Moelis to provide market insight, structuring advice, and client execution support.

Team and Exposure

• Join Moelis Private Capital Advisory, a global business serving private fund sponsors and institutional investors.
• Gain exposure to primary fundraising, tailored capital raises, secondary market advisory, and private capital strategies.
• Work across buyout, growth, real assets, special situations, and sector-specific investment strategies.
