About the role
Moelis & Company’s two-day virtual Leadership Development Program introduces students to investment banking through case studies, discussions, and networking with industry-leading bankers and peers. The program offers insight into the firm’s collaborative culture and is designed for students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
Program Experience

- Network virtually with Moelis bankers and fellow student participants.

Eligibility
- Students with scheduled graduation dates between December 2028 and May 2029 are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants from all backgrounds are invited to apply.
- Full virtual participation in the entire program is required.
Application Requirements
- Submit a resume and personal statement of 300 words or fewer in PDF format.
- Answer one provided prompt about career goals, life experiences, or leadership.
- Apply to only one Moelis office location; multiple-location applications will not be considered.
- Complete the Suited assessment and share the score with Moelis.
