2026 Leadership Development Program - New York

About the role

Moelis & Company’s two-day virtual Leadership Development Program introduces students to investment banking through case studies, discussions, and networking with bankers and peers. It is designed for students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029, with full participation required. Applicants must submit materials, complete the Suited assessment, and apply to one office location.

Program Activities

• Learn about investment banking from Moelis & Company bankers.
• Participate in case studies and discussions about the firm and its culture.
• Network with Moelis bankers and other participating students.
• Attend the full program virtually on both scheduled days.

Eligibility

• Students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029 are encouraged to apply.
• Students from all backgrounds are invited to apply.
• Applicants may apply to only one office location.

Application Requirements

• Submit a resume and personal statement of 300 words or fewer in PDF format.
• Address one provided prompt covering career goals, life experiences, and contribution to inclusion.
• Complete the Suited assessment and share the score with Moelis.
• Ensure materials are submitted by 11:55 p.m. Eastern Time on the deadline date.
