About the role
Moelis & Company’s two-day virtual Leadership Development Program introduces students to investment banking through case studies, discussions, and networking with bankers and peers. It is designed for students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029, with applications requiring a resume, personal statement, and completed Suited assessment.
Program Details
- Two-day virtual program providing insight into investment banking and Moelis’ collaborative culture.
- Learn from Moelis bankers through case studies, discussions, and peer networking opportunities.
- Full virtual participation is required on both program days.
- Program dates are Thursday, December 3, and Friday, December 4.
Eligibility
- Students with scheduled graduation dates between December 2028 and May 2029 are encouraged to apply.
- Students from all backgrounds are invited to apply.
Application Requirements
- Submit a resume and personal statement of 300 words or fewer in PDF format.
- Address career goals, life experiences, and planned contributions to Moelis’ culture of inclusion.
- Answer one provided prompt about overcoming hardship or setting direction for a group.
- Apply to only one office location; multiple-location applications will not be considered.
- Complete the Suited assessment and share the resulting score with Moelis.
