About the role
Moelis & Company’s two-day virtual Leadership Development Program introduces students to investment banking through case studies, discussions with bankers, and peer networking. It is intended for students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029, with full participation required on December 3–4, 2026. Houston applicants must apply by October 22, 2026.
Program Details
- Two-day virtual program taking place Thursday, December 3, and Friday, December 4, 2026.
- Learn about investment banking through case studies and discussions with Moelis bankers.
- Network with peers and gain insight into Moelis’s collaborative culture.
Application Requirements
- Students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029 are encouraged to apply.
- Full virtual participation throughout both program days is required.
- Submit a resume and personal statement of 300 words or fewer in PDF format.
- Address one application prompt covering leadership or navigating significant challenges.
- Discuss career goals, life experiences, and intended contributions to Moelis’s inclusive culture.
- Applicants may apply to only one office location.
Assessment
- Complete the Suited assessment as part of the application process.
- Share the assessment score with Moelis; applications without a shared score will not be considered.
