2026 Leadership Development Program - Boston

About the role

Moelis & Company’s two-day virtual Leadership Development Program introduces students to investment banking through case studies, discussions, and networking with experienced bankers and peers. The program offers insight into Moelis’ collaborative culture and is intended for students graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.

Program Experience

• Learn about investment banking from Moelis & Company industry-leading bankers.
• Participate in case studies and discussions focused on the firm’s culture and advisory work.
• Network virtually with Moelis bankers and fellow student participants.
• Explore Moelis’ collaborative, innovative, and inclusive working environment.

Application Requirements

• Students should have a scheduled graduation date between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Full availability for the two-day virtual program is required.
• Submit a resume and personal statement of no more than 300 words in PDF format.
• Answer one of two prompts about challenges, leadership, career goals, and contributing to inclusion.
• Apply to only one office location; multiple-office applications will not be considered.
• Complete the Suited assessment and share the score with Moelis.
