Responsibilities
- Support senior managers in origination activities including financial statement preparation and valuation analysis.
- Assist in execution activities such as data gathering, analysis, and deal documentation preparation.
- Build and apply valuation models including comparable company and discounted cash flow analyses.
- Prepare materials for credit, compliance, engagement committee, and balance sheet approvals.
- Conduct corporate operations and portfolio analytic reviews with risk/return valuations.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred in finance, business, accounting, economics, or mathematics.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills comfortable with financial data.
- Proven team player able to interact with internal groups and clients effectively.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
