Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI tools supporting investment research workflows.
- Build internal applications to improve knowledge discovery and decision support.
- Develop data infrastructure for organizing and surfacing structured and unstructured information.
- Analyze datasets and implement AI/ML components to enhance retrieval and workflow efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable code and improve existing systems using strong software engineering practices.

Qualifications and Skills
- Graduating between Dec 2025 and Jun 2026 in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with Claude Code and building software tools or data workflows.
- Proficient with data tools like SQL, Pandas, Spark, or similar.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn preferred.
