Join Millennium's Technology Collaboration team as a 2027 Technology Collaboration Intern in London. Support AI learning initiatives, internal communication, and collaboration across the firm's technology organization.
About the Team
- Supports global technology organization and core business functions like Operations and trading.
- Focuses on AI learning, adoption, and internal collaboration.
- Partners with technologists and leaders to improve knowledge sharing and learning delivery.
- Sits at the intersection of technology, communications, learning, and developer enablement.
Responsibilities
- Support technology collaboration initiatives including hackathons and AI programs.
- Create and maintain AI documentation and e-learning resources for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to AI newsletters, learning campaigns, and program promotion.
- Build internal AI use-case libraries and scalable documentation.
- Partner with experts to highlight innovation and shape content.
- Assist with creative storytelling like videos and employee spotlights to promote learning.
Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or facilitation.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and developer tools.
