About the Team
- Responsible for onboarding portfolio managers to Millennium's platform.
- Serve as key contact during onboarding and throughout portfolio managers' careers.
- Work across investment teams and asset classes.
- Support portfolio managers with trading resources and tools.

Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and evaluate onboarding requirements for new portfolio managers.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across Millennium.
- Support initiatives launching new strategies, products, markets, and trading systems.
- Own ad hoc projects to expand the Trading Services team.
- Enhance onboarding experience to ensure portfolio managers' success.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and alternative investments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
