About the role
Millennium seeks a 2027 Finance Intern in London to support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across trading businesses. The role offers exposure to fund accounting, portfolio manager compensation, and operational excellence projects.
About the Team
- Supports financial reporting, fund accounting, portfolio manager compensation, budgeting, and analysis.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Interns work on cross-functional projects supporting trading businesses.
- Opportunities in Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy or PM Compensation Reporting & Analysis teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes.
- Reconcile financial data across departments to maintain consistency.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to drive insights.
- Partner with trading and infrastructure teams on strategic projects.
- Contribute to team projects with autonomy to innovate.
Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
Additional Skills
- Interest in financial markets and operational aspects of hedge funds.
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in AI-driven workflows.
