Program Structure
- Year 1: Training at UBS with valuation, accounting, and sector rotations.
- Exposure to UBS trading desk, research, and sales teams.
- Checkpoint assessments applying learning to market scenarios.
- Support from Millennium’s Equity Advisory Services team.
- Year 2: Placement on Millennium Portfolio Management Team.

Responsibilities in Year 2
- Analyze earnings calls, transcripts, public filings, and data.
- Maintain market, industry, and alternative data.
- Collaborate with sell-side and buy-side analysts.
- Communicate due diligence and investment recommendations.
- Attend industry events and conferences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree candidates graduating by June 2027 with GPA 3.6+.
- Passion for financial services and investing.
- Experience using AI tools for research and workflow efficiency.
- Strong Excel skills with financial modeling interest.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
