About the role
Millennium seeks a 2027 Finance Intern in New York to support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Interns will collaborate across teams, gaining exposure to hedge fund operations and financial planning.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes.
- Reconcile financial data across departments to ensure accuracy.
- Review Portfolio Manager contracts and assist with PM lifecycle tasks.
- Partner with trading and infrastructure teams on strategic projects.
- Contribute to team projects with autonomy to innovate.
About the Finance Team
- Supports firm operations through financial reporting and fund accounting.
- Manages PM compensation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborates with trading businesses and core infrastructure teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
