About the role
Millennium seeks a 2027 Applied AI Engineer Intern in Dublin to support AI model development, deployment, and scalable software solutions in a trading technology environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Support development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning models in production.
- Build and enhance AI-powered applications, workflows, and integrations for business impact.
- Evaluate new models, tools, and approaches to improve AI performance.
- Develop scalable software and services for reliable, low-latency AI systems.
- Contribute to data pipelines and infrastructure for large-scale, real-time data processing.
About the Team
- Technology team supports Millennium’s multi-manager platform with scalable proprietary systems.
- Work involves large, real-time datasets and next-generation analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate across engineering, research, and business functions to build practical technology solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning advancements, including large language models.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with large datasets.
