Responsibilities

• Build and optimize real-time trading systems
• Work on performance-critical infrastructure
• Collaborate with developers and traders
• Contribute to production systems early in career

Training and Learning

• Structured 10-week onboarding with clear milestones
• Training covers C++, C#, Python, TypeScript, React
• Led by Maven’s Head of Technology Training & Graduates
• Master Maven’s in-house tools and systems
• Regular check-ins with Technology and Emerging Talent teams

Candidate Requirements

• Final-year undergraduate or master’s student
• Interest in software development and learning
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages
• Willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies
