Program Details

Responsibilities

• Learn foundations of options market making
• Understand pricing, probability, and risk concepts
• Apply learning via trading simulations and mock trading
• Gain hands-on experience with trading tools and systems
• Participate in macroeconomics and technical training
• Engage in desk shadowing and project assignments

Learning & Development

• Theory-led training by in-house expert traders
• Practical trading skills through simulations
• Sessions on macroeconomics and technical topics
• Regular feedback and check-ins from teams
• Guidance on adopting AI technologies in trading

Candidate Requirements

• Penultimate year undergraduate or master's student
• Strong numeracy and understanding of probability/statistics
• Genuine interest in financial markets
• Willingness to use emerging AI technologies
• Entrepreneurial thinker with initiative
• Critical problem solver and agile learner

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation between $110k and $120k
