Junior Floor Trader
Join Maven as a Junior Floor Trader in Chicago, executing trades and improving trading tools on the Options Market Making team. Includes four weeks of training in London starting September 7, 2026.

Role Responsibilities
- Execute trades on behalf of Maven in the CBOE SPX trading pit.
- Develop and improve trading and automation tools for pricing and execution.
- Manage day-to-day scripts supporting trading activities.
- Analyze trading strategies to optimize position sizes and exposure.
- Collaborate with traders and developers to enhance trading strategies.

Candidate Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in Options Market Making.
- Ability to make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in financial markets with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Python and Excel.

Training and Location
- Four weeks of training in London starting September 7, 2026.
- Role based in Chicago, IL after training.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation range: $150,000 to $190,000 annually.
