A 24-month rotational graduate program in Operations at Marshall Wace, offering exposure to fund accounting, operations, treasury, compliance, and client servicing teams. Develop technical skills and gain broad financial market knowledge in a collaborative environment.

Program Structure

• 24-month rotational program with four team rotations.
• Rotations tailored to skills, interests, and business needs.
• Exposure to fund structures and financial markets.
• Training on SQL, PowerBI, AI, Microsoft Office, and other software.
• Collaborative approach with insight into Investment, Risk, Accounting, Legal teams.
• Participation in Early Talent Development program for skill enhancement.

Potential Teams & Responsibilities

• Fund Accounting: valuation, pricing, reconciliations, shareholder flows, fee calculations.
• Operations: trade support, stock loan, risk management, asset servicing.
• Treasury: liquidity management, FX risk, collateral, counterparty exposure.
• Compliance: regulatory standards, risk mitigation, training, monitoring.
• Client Servicing: client relationship management, reporting, feedback collection.
