Programme Details

• Location: New York, fully in-office, no remote work.
• Duration: June 14, 2027 to August 22, 2027.
• Work directly with Development teams supporting Finance, Operations, Risk, Trading, Portfolio Management.
• Gain experience in devops, data engineering, cyber security, web development, business intelligence, software engineering, stream processing.
• Collaborate on impactful projects chosen by senior managers.
• Receive mentoring, seminars, social events, and charitable activity opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and programming skills in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Work in pairs on projects proposed by Technology team members.
• Present project outcomes to the Technology team at internship end.
• Engage in team collaboration and entrepreneurial activities.
• Assume responsibility and autonomy as able.
• Participate in performance reviews and induction sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Penultimate year students eligible for 2027 internship and 2028 graduate conversion.
• Demonstrated technical and programming skills from internships, hackathons, or passion projects.
