Programme Details
- 10-week internship from May to August, location: Hong Kong, fully in-office.
- Work directly with development teams on projects supporting finance, operations, risk, and trading.
- Gain experience in devops, data engineering, cybersecurity, web development, and software engineering.
- Collaborate on impactful projects chosen by senior managers, often working in pairs.
- Receive induction, mentoring, seminars, social events, and charitable activity opportunities.
- Present your project to the Technology team at internship conclusion.
Candidate Requirements
- Ideal for innovative problem solvers with creative technology use.
- No requirement for Computer Science degree but active programming experience needed.
- Experience from internships, hackathons, or personal projects valued.
- Exceptional academic achievement and strong communication skills required.
- Teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and collaboration skills important.
- Open to first-year and penultimate-year students.
Responsibilities
- Hone software and programming skills while understanding business and financial markets.
- Work autonomously with support from the Technology team.
- Engage in project selection and collaborate with proposing teams.
