About the role

London-based 12-week internship in Man AHL’s Investment and Data Implementation team. Interns will support quantitative models, systematic trading systems, and market and alternative data across traded asset classes, while developing technical, analytical, and communication skills through meaningful projects, mentoring, and collaboration across the systematic investment process.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals in the AHL Investment and Data Implementation team.
• Help define and improve processes across the end-to-end systematic investment process.
• Use data analytics to generate insights and leverage technology in project delivery.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, quantitative research, product structuring, technology, and external counterparties.
• Support implementation and launch of new research ideas, funds, and asset classes.
• Develop understanding of systematic investment strategies and how the business operates.

Programme

• Work on hands-on projects testing technical skills, analytical ability, and critical thinking.
• Receive support from a mentor throughout the 12-week internship.
• Successful internship performance does not guarantee a confirmed place on a graduate programme.
• The assessment centre requires attendance at the company’s London office.
