About the Team
- Global IDI team operates in Hong Kong, Sofia, London, and Boston.
- Responsible for implementing new business, portfolios, and investment strategies.
- Ensures precision and alignment of quantitative strategies from research to trade.
- Primary responder to production issues affecting investment managers.
- Collaborates with Portfolio Management, Trading, and technologists on trading architecture.

Programme Structure
- First 6 months: Shadow IDI operations, focus on data analysis and process automation.
- Months 7-18: Three 4-month rotations in Business Management, Investment Risk, Execution Analytics, and Trade Operations.
- Month 19 onwards: Return to IDI with cross-functional knowledge for complex implementations.
- Supported by a dedicated mentor throughout the program.
- Program designed to build a well-rounded analyst with deep business understanding.

Responsibilities (First 6 Months)
- Shadow daily portfolio management, implementation, analytics, and strategic projects.
- Automate processes and streamline investment management workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to provide business insights to senior management.
- Build tooling and develop emerging AI capabilities within the team.
- Understand complex systems and analyze dynamic datasets.

- Strong academic record in quantitative disciplines like Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
